We help you turn your startup idea into a happy, thriving business

The entrepreneur’s happy place (not as creepy as it sounds)…

happy

  • If you want to do something and are good at it, but can’t be paid to do it, learn how to monetise it.
  • If you’re good at something and can be paid to do it, but don’t like doing it, learn how to say no.
  • If you like to do something and can be paid to do it, but aren’t very good at it, learn to do it well.

Great advice whether you’re an entrepreneur, corporate innovator, graduate or careers advisor :)

Inspired by the work of Bud Caddell (from the lean analytics book)

That is the happiest Venn diagram I’ve ever seen. :) Certainly beats the corporate ones I normally see in strategy ‘decks’ that suck the life out of me…

This principle also works perfectly for my buddy who is going freelance but also wants to try a new career direction. I’ll share it with him now.

Thanks Chris. Always great to pass it on :)
It’s the most powerful visualisation I know to find the sweet spot where your passions and business meet.
