Become a B Corps accredited startup and show your customers and community you’re a purpose-driven business making a positive dent in the world. This workshop will be run by Charlotte Sewell, Social Impact Manager for one of the first UK B Corp accredited companies, COOK. You’ll learn what it takes to become B Corp accredited, how you’ll differentiate your business, generate more press, attract investors and engage talent.

UX design advice for startups, with Jenny Grinblo
Mistakenly, startups often don’t see value in design. There’s a culture of providing the solution, or technology first but startups should be taking a more people-centred approach to building products and services. Jenny Grinblo, UX Designer at Future Workshops will be running a workshop to help startups explore how design can strengthen business so it’s no longer an afterthought.

Christian Staddil, Danish maverick, serial entrepreneur and author of Company Karma will be camping all weekend sharing what he’s learned building many successful businesses namely sports brand Hummel International. Christian says making money doesn’t need to come at the cost of doing good in the world and will be giving a talk to inspire and share his thoughts. As with most of our Summercamp speakers and workshop leaders, he’ll be around all weekend for campfire chats.

Jim Cregan

From business in a bedsit, to multi million pound coffee sales
Founder of the delicious Jimmy’s Iced Coffee, Jimmy Cregan has gone from shipping iced coffee one by one with his sister in a bedsit, to seeing it fly off the shelves in the UK, USA & Japan. He will share the story of how they’ve grown a multi million pound coffee business from the ground up and lessons learned along the way.
